Leading Through in Love

In his advice to the Corinthians, Paul highlighted the significance of love, stating, "And now faith, hope, and love, these three; but the greatest of these is love" (1 Corinthians 13:13). This emphasis on love is crucial for leaders, as it fosters unity and harmony, promoting peace and understanding while eliminating hate, fear, and suffering.

As a young leader, exhibiting love is essential to avoid being despised and to lead effectively. Love perfects everything, and it is the bond of perfection, 14  And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.(Colossians 3:14 KJV). By prioritising love, leaders can build strong relationships and achieve their goals effectively.

Love knows no boundaries, transcending tribe, philosophy, or cultural views, making it a point of concern for everyone. Let this principle guide you: focus on what's good.

DEVOTION, 1 TIMOTHY 4:12
