Part 2: THE VOICE OF JUDGMENT

As the villagers gathered and pondered the strange event unfolding, with Kenyi confused, a powerful flash of light streaked across the village, accompanied by a thunderbolt striking a nearby tree. Everyone at Kenyi’s home collapsed. It was the village chief and his aide who remained standing without shaking. After nearly five minutes, those who had collapsed regained consciousness. The chief signalled for silence among the villagers and began an incantation.

He asked Kenyi what had happened, as he had arrived late before the incident with the lightning and thunderbolt. As Kenyi began to recount the incident, a collective voice echoed across the village like a falling cloud. The voice spoke in a tone that commanded attention: “To you all, sons and daughters of this great land, the land of wonders and prosperity. Lodu arrived with some police officers and the parents of the deceased baby, only to find the voices vanishing in a thick cloud. The villagers were astonished to see a shiny coffin box following the direction of the voice. Lodu notified the police that it was the coffin box they were looking for, and the sight of the flying coffin shocked everyone. The police officers retreated, stating that the scene required spiritual matters.

The chief immediately ordered a search for Wani, along with the police.
